What is Boom Boom Shrimp?

Boom boom shrimp is an American-style starter: bite-size shrimp, coated and fried until crisp, then tossed in boom boom sauce. Boom boom sauce is usually creamy, a little sweet and properly spicy, so it suits anyone who likes their prawns with a kick.
